On our private route, beautiful valleys and all the charm of the Andes await you. We will be rewarded with magnificent views of the calm water of the Humantay lagoon and the sacred apus Humantay and Salkantay.

For nature and adventure enthusiasts with limited time, this option is perfect. In just one day, you can hike to the turquoise Humantay glacial lake, meandering through stunning valleys and experiencing the Andes’ charm. At the end of your journey, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the serene mountain lagoon and the sacred Humantay and Salkantay apus.
Your adventure begins with a 5am hotel pick-up and a drive north of Cusco towards Limatambo. After arriving at Pincopata Ecocamp, you’ll enjoy a nutritious breakfast while admiring the scenery before heading to Soray Ecocamp. From there, you’ll begin the hike to Lake Humantay via a private route, which takes about 3 to 4 hours round trip, depending on your pace. Once you return to Soray, you can relax and enjoy a hot drink and locally sourced organic food in the dining dome.
For those who still have energy left, you can explore the camp and its beautiful surroundings before heading back to Cusco. This adventure is perfect for anyone looking to experience the best of nature and adventure in a limited time frame.
