Welcome to Swifts Travel, a luxury travel agency in Peru, operated by Swifts Group Peru SAC. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

1. Definitions

«Us,» «we,» «our,» and «the company» refers to Swifts Group Peru SAC, operating as Swifts Travel, a registered company in Peru, whose registered office is at Collasuyo F15, Cusco, Peru.

«You» and «your» refer to any person who accesses or uses our website.»Tour» refers to any travel package or itinerary available on our website.

2. Booking

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once we receive payment and issue a confirmation voucher.

3.- Payment.

All prices on our website are in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made using credit card or PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

4.- Cancellation Policy.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

   – More than 30 days prior to the tour start date: 10% of the tour price

   – Between 30 and 15 days prior to the tour start date: 50% of the tour price

   – Less than 15 days prior to the tour start date: 100% of the tour price

In the unlikely event that we cancel your tour, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative tour of equal or greater value.

5.- Changes to Itinerary.

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or changes in government regulations. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

6.- Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, illness, or accidents.

7.- Liability.

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by you or any member of your party during your tour. We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of any delay, alteration, or cancellation of your tour.

8.- Intellectual Property.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Swifts Group Peru SAC and is protected by international copyright laws.

9.- Governing Law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru.

10.- Changes to Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
